La Maison de la Tête de Moine is a historic annex to Bellelay Abbey and is located at the crossroads of the many routes that have traversed the Jura and the Bernese Jura for centuries.
Take a moment to relax on the terrace and taste a delicious Tête de Moine AOP cheese, discover the ancient craftsmanship dating back over 800 years and lend a hand in the traditional wood-fired manufacturing methods.
