Our vast ‘Haute-Grange’ reception room has a magnificent high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and can accommodate up to 150 guests.
It is located in the attic and is directly accessible from outside, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for your events, whether weddings, birthdays or company outings. The free, large-capacity car park provides easy access for your guests.
Information
The hall can be hired for CHF 1,000 per event. Please note that the room is available up to 72 hours before the big day for set-up and decoration, if required, at no extra charge.
The keys will be handed over to you on Friday at the Maison de la TdM from 10.00am and must be returned on Sunday by 5.30pm.
Furniture is included in the price of the room hire for the weekend, including a service counter with fridge, sink with hot and cold water, rectangular tables and 12 round tables without tablecloths (tablecloths for round tables measure 240 cm), 155 wooden and straw chairs and 80 imitation chairs as well as benches. The room has no crockery or cutlery.
You are responsible for setting up the room and storing the furniture. Please note that there is no heating in the room. The toilets are double cubicles (without toilet paper) and the room and toilets are left clean and tidy.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room (fire detector). In the event of an alarm, the costs will be borne by the hirer. Any damage to the building, furniture or other items will be invoiced.
